Poland Pilgrimage Prayer,

28 April to 14 May 2018.

Poland Pilgrimage prayer,

Lord Jesus, be our Guide on this pilgrimage of faith to discover your Mercy and Love as we venture to the Divine Mercy Shrines and other sacred places within Poland . Be with us each place we visit along the way to inspire, heal and increase our desire to know You better.
Holy Spirit please keep watch over us, our families, our workplaces and businesses, keep us all safe from harm, disaster, illness and accident.  Watch over our accommodation and
transportation.  Keep the enemies of our souls far from us.
Help us also Lord, to accept the daily little crosses we may encounter along the way, the changes to our plans, the weather and other such annoyances and mishaps. Surround us with Your peace and increase charity and love within us for each other as our friendship and fellowship grow.
Let us show Your love and concern for those among us who might have difficulty in movement or other infirmity.
Inspire us Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Czestochowa, to be kind, comforting and generous to our fellow pilgrims.  Protect us all under your mantel of protection especially Fr Daryl, Sister Mary Bernadette, Sister Rose Clare,  Stan and Maria and all those who helped to make this pilgrimage possible through their generous spirit and self-giving.

Help us keep in mind that none of them are professional tour operators and help us to be grateful for this beautiful opportunity and all it encompasses.
Our Lady of Czestochowa, pray for us
Our Lady of Mercy, pray for us
Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us
St. Faustina, pray for us
St John Paul II, pray for us
Bl. Michal Sopocko, pray for us
St. Maximilian Kolbe, pray for us
Bl. Jerzy Popieluszko pray for us
All Polish Saints and Martyrs join us on this pilgrimage of faith and help us to truly know the Love that God has for each of us personally and deeply.
We thank you Jesus and we put our trust in You.

The Power of Silence Against the Dictatorship of Noise by Cardinal Sarah - The Litany of Humility

What virtue does Cardinal Sarah expect from the reading of this book? Humility. From this perspective, he can adopt as his own the step taken by Rafael Cardinal Merry del Val. Having retired from the public business of the Church, the former Secretary of State of Saint Pius X had composed a beautiful “Litany of Humility”, which he recited every day after celebrating Mass:

O Jesus, meek and humble of heart,

     Make my heart like yours.

From self-will, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being esteemed, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being loved, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being extolled, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being honored, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being praised, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being preferred to others, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being consulted, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire of being approved, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire to be understood, deliver me, O Lord.

From the desire to be visited, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being humiliated, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being despised, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of suffering rebukes, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being calumniated, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being forgotten, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being ridiculed, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being suspected, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being wronged, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being abandoned, deliver me, O Lord.

From the fear of being refused, deliver me, O Lord.

That others may be loved more than I,

Lord, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be esteemed more than I,

Lord, grant me the grace to desire it.

That, in the opinion of the world, others may increase and I may decrease,

Lord, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be chosen and I set aside,
